Assent is pleased to announce our first sponsorship. Nike has agreed to sponsor guild officers and all main raiders. This includes 30 players in the WoW division of Assent, unfortunately quite a few members could not be included due to low performance/attendance. Due to singing obligations we are not allowed to disclose the details of the sponsorship. Recruitment officer Sildaorf has quit his job to concentrate soley on fine tuning the guild roster and ensure our progression is top notch once Ulduar is released.
Yesterday Nike apparel was received and will soon be distributed amongst the core raid members. Loose fitting sweats are a must have for any pro gamer.
At the press conference held at Nike World Headquarters, Beaverton, OR. Nike Spokesman Ron Afflando was quoted:
"Nike is pleased to announce our first pro video gaming sponsorship with Assent, one of the premier pro gamer guilds in the world. We realize there are hundreds of millions of video gamers out there and we want to be there to provide their clothing needs."
Assent will be represented by Matt "Sekuav" at the upcoming Blizzcon in the Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne 1v1 tournament. Sekuav has hit the scene hard with his heavy handed Orc. Good luck to him.
